To be considered for the Craver's Hall of Fame,SM the submitter must be 18 years or older or have a legal guardian submit the story. Submissions for the 2008 contest must be received by April 30, 2008. Any submissions received after this date will be considered for the 2008 contest. Stories will be evaluated for originality, duration and length of the "Crave."
The submitter confirms that the submitted story is accurate and truthful and reflects your honest opinions, findings, beliefs and experiences. Any entries judged not to be original will be disqualified.
The submitter may choose to attach related photography to his or her entry. All submitted photography will first be reviewed by a White Castle representative. Any photography deemed inappropriate will not be used.
Judges' decisions will be final.
By submitting one of the best stories, the submitter consents to the use of his or her story, names, photography and/or likeness by White Castle or one of their agents for any and all advertising and trade purposes in any and all media throughout the world without restrictions as to frequency and duration of usage.
White Castle or its successor and assignees shall be the absolute owner of the story and any and all broadcast or printed communication, website content, point-of-sale and other materials (and all rights, therein, including copyright) produced by this submission.
White Castle or its successor and assignees may use the submitter's story, name and photography and/or likeness in any manner and with whatever copy they choose and may alter the above in such a manner they deem necessary.
The submitter is confirming there is no conflict of advertising or promotional commitments that would cause the submitter to be unable to enter into and duly perform the services, and grants the rights by this agreement, which is binding, to any and all heirs, next of kin, and personal representatives.

The winning cravers will be invited to their induction into the White Castle Craver's Hall of FameSM in Columbus, Ohio. All submitters will be given a White Castle premium for sending their story.
Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be allowed.
